The quantity of products we supply you with will be enough to get you started and working through your first month or two (some products may last you alot longer). These high quality products are supplied so that you can begin your new career straight away with no fuss, once you require new products you wont be forced to buy them off us like franchise companies do. This will not only keep your costs down, but will allow you to use a valeting supplies company that is local to your area.

You will also be supplied with 'How Clean is Your Car?' T-shirts (ordered once you confirm your sizes). These are  printed T-Shirts that will give your new business a professional image from day one!

Once your business is up and running most of your work will be from 'word of mouth'. However its important that your new business gets off to a flying start. The majority of our new customers come from our website. As part of our team you will have your own pages on our website, with your prices and your direct contact details. These pages will be created especially for you once you have decided how much you are going to charge your customers.

To make sure people can find our website we will ensure that it is featured on the first page of google, when people search for car valeting in your area (eg. 'Car valeting in Southampton') - for the whole time your business is operating - This advertising will be part of the package and wont cost you a penny! (see fig1)

Registering your area with google's search engines can take some time so until this is complete we will ensure coverage on google's first page through their sponsored adverts section - again this is included at no extra cost to you! (see fig2) We will also help you register with Googles' local business centre which will again help people in your area find you (see fig3).

Our website will also be registered in your area with 100s of other search engines, including msn and yahoo - although we cannot guarantee you will appear on the first page.

As a small indication of how effective our websites is...... Our newest team in Bristol received 50 visitors to their webpage in the first week of going live!

As a helping hand to get you started we will also supply you with 300 colour A5 double sided fliers with your information and prices on (ordered to print once your pricing is confirmed) We have always found that these are more effective than handing out business cards that don't include prices. The fliers are ideal for giving to potential customers and existing customers to keep or pass on to their friends and family.

You will also receive letters to send out to local business premises to introduce your 'valeting at work' services. These have been proven to work and bring in alot of quality, regular customers. You will be given a copy of this letter and the fliers on disc, along with a useful six month reminder letter to send out to existing customers.

We understand that if you have no previous experience of the trade, you will need training. We can offer full training over a time scale to suit you. This on the job training will be carried out in the Mansfield area and although we don't charge for this, any travel and accommodation costs will be your responsibility to pay. Our training will not only ensure that your work is of the highest standard, but it will also give you an idea of how our vans and valeters operate on a day to day basis. Already have experience and no training required? Great Stuff!! We can get you up and running immediately!

You will be fully responsible for handling your own calls and bookings from customers in your area. All of your details along with your own email contact page will be created for you on our website, so people in your area can get in touch with you directly.

However we also have freephone 0800 number. We will handle any calls that come in to this number and pass on all enquiries from people in your area. Again you will not be charged at any stage for this!

With over 30 million cars on the road in the UK the market in your local area in the UK is phenomenal! There’s only so much wash and vacuuming you can do to a vehicle and at some point it will need a professional valet. Wash and Vacuuming is not our main business, we leave this to the ever-increasing static operations popping up. Your customers will include...

Will operate your new business in your area entirely as your own. Your hours of work and staffing decisions will be entirely your choice. You will also be responsible for ensuring all accounts, tax payments and National insurance contributions are made as a self employed person. The only thing we request is that at all times you are covered by the appropriate liability insurance whilst you are working under our company name (this costs around £10 a month and we can recommend a suitable broker).

As part of the package you are buying you will have permission to use the 'How Clean is Your Car?' Brand and logo (our logo is currently pending trademark registration in the UK). The business name, website and logo will remain our property and will be in no way partly owned by yourself. This aside you will never have to pay us any monthly or annual fees (like you would as part of a franchise) We also guarantee you exclusive rights to the area that you work in, we will never start up another valeting service within 10 miles radius of your base.

You may operate your business for as long as you like, no time limit. However if at any time you decide that the job isn't for you or you wish to end your business, we will offer you full market value for vehicle and a fair price for any equipment that you have. You can't say fairer than that!! Likewise, if at anytime you decide to upgrade your vehicle, we will buy your old one off you (dependent on condition) - Easy!!
