How
much notice should I give when making a booking? |
|
Although advanced bookings are more than welcome, they aren't
always necessary. If you need a valet at short notice we will
always do our very best to fit you in asap. Sometimes this may
even be the same day. Although we usually advise customers to
give at least a days notice to avoid dissapointment.

Our

What is the benefit of valeting? |
|
Aside from
making your car look good, one of the primary benefits
of having your car professionally valeted on a regular
basis is that it significantly increases its' resale
value. A car that has been well looked after will fetch
a greater sale price than one that has been clearly
neglected. Put another way, it's quite likely that you
will be able to recoup your valeting costs at the time
of sale! Even if you dont have you
car valeted regularly, a one off valet just before
selling you car can not only increase its value but also
make it easier to sell too!! |

If I have my
interior shampooed how long will it take for my seats to
dry? |
|
We shampoo carpets and
upholstery using a powerful extraction machine. The
drying time may vary depending upon the outside
temperature on the day and how soiled your seats were. We provide seat covers as part of this service so you can use the car
straight away. With the owners
permission we will run the vehicle with the heaters on
whilst we complete the rest of the car. This dramatically increase
the drying process, often completely drying them out
before we leave. |

What
is Supagard? |
|
Supagard
are a world leading brand name that produce
professional vehicle protection products. We offer a
Supagard application service that protects your
vehicle's paintwork and interior. This is a service that
is often offered when you buy a new or nearly new
vehicle from a dealership. It is not uncommon to be
quoted around £400 for this service. We offer the same
services for a fraction of the price. This means you can
save the money that would have been used to top up the
salesman's wages - and use it towards something more
worthwhile.
We cannot stress how good the
Supagard Product Range is. You may well have been
offered a similar service by your dealer such as
Diamondbrite. Supagard is much the same, in actual fact
some dealers are now offering alternatives to Supagard
such as GuardX and SureGuard. We only use Supagard
Products when offering Customers this protection
service, so not only will you be saving money, you will
also have piece of mind that we are using products that
have been around for years and that are approved by over
20 vehicle manufacturers.

How long will it take for my
car to be valeted? |
|
The
length of time taken to valet a car can vary
depending upon condition and size of
car and the number of operatives valeting the vehicle.
We never rush a job and leave only when our customers
are totally satisfied. As a guide a Gold Valet usually
takes about 2 hours 30mins, on an average size car, in average
condition. If it is a larger vehicle or it is in
particularly poor condition a full valet may take
longer. We will usually tell you how long it will take
when we arrive to do the work. Why does it take so long?
Because we take pride in our work, valeting vehicles as
if they were our own, and paying attention to even the
smallest detail. |

Have you got any special offers? |
|
Our
Prices are some of the lowest around. If you have
already rang around for quotes you will realise that
our charges are only half as much as some other
mobile companies. Despite this further discounts are
available on block bookings.

Why do
the prices increase for larger vehicles? |
|
We charge more
for larger vehicles purely because they require
extra time and cleaning products than smaller
vehicles. Our prices are the lowest in the area,
